Ghaziabad: Touted as the ‘poor cousin’ of neighbouring Noida and other NCR blocks, Ghaziabad has now become the hot destination for the middle-class home buyers.
Though the recent boom has made certain sections of Ghaziabad popular, majority of the areas in this prominent district did not get the attention of the real estate developers, who were busy in prospering areas like Noida, Noida Extension, Indirapuram, Vasundara and Raj Nagar Extension (RNE).
Thanks to the recent controversies over land acquisition in Noida Extension and subsequent Supreme Court’s order reverting acquired land to the right owners, developers have finally turned their eyes on other parts of Ghaziabad.
