Pune-based developer Gokhale Constructions has recently launched a
range of affordable apartments in a project titled “Mist”. The
residential project will be constructed on Sinhagad road at Donje, a
Pune suburb. Deeva Buildcon is partnering Gokhale for its development.
Eight acres of prime land will be used for the development, in which
five buildings will be constructed. Each of the buildings will have 12
floors and will be housing 1, 1.5 and 2 BHK apartments.
The area
of these apartments will range between 600 square feet and 969 square
feet. The rate per square feet, which has been fixed at Rs. 2800,
justifies the affordability tag of the apartment. This works out a price
range between Rs. 20 Lakh and Rs. 30 Lakh. 750 apartments are on offer
in this project, where the first phase will comprise of 200 of them. The
apartments are expected to be completed by May 2016.
Reputed financial institutions like HDFC, ICICI and SBI have granted their approval for the project and will provide the necessary credit to prospective buyers. A property can be booked for as low as Rs. 50,000. “Mist” is the real estate company’s second Pune project after Briz, which was completed successfully.
